치과병의원에서 술자와 환자가 직접 접촉하는 치과 유니트 체어에 오염 되어 있는 세균의 분포에 관한 미생물학적 기초 검사를 실시하여 치과병의원에서 일어나는 구강진료실 장비에 의한 교차간염을 예방하는 한 자료로 활용할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 우선 시료채취가 용이한 진주시 일 보건대학 치위생과 스켈링 실습실의 치과 유니트 체어 26부위의 시료 104건을 배양하여 348 집락을 분리하여 그중 그람양성간균과 그람음성 구균을 선별하여 제외한 후 병원에서 발생하는
This study is a precedent experiment of the foundational research about bacteria(germs) distribution in dental chair & unit where an operator contacts directively with patients at a dental hospital. This study identified GPC(gram positive cocci) and GNB(gram negative bacilli) by extracting 104 samples in 26 sections of dental chair & unit at a practical room for scaling at the department of dental hygiene in Chinju Health College. The results of bacteria distribution are as follows. The CFU/mk on the BAP medium were the most by 1.3 x 102 in the sample extracted at base section ; secondly, the sample extracted at cuspidor was much by 7.0x 10(CFU/mi) ; the third was the sample extracted at light handle by 4.0 X 10(CFU/mR).
2. Because the mean of colony number except above three sections was for the
most part below 10, dental chair & unit was comparatively hygienic.
3. Twenty three kinds of Staphylococci were isolated at the samples, in 14
sections of dental chair & unit consisting of 26 sections were Staphylococci
isolated. All of the isolated Staphylococci were CNS(Catalase Non-coaguase
Staphylococcus)
4. Staphylococcus aureus was not analysed out.
5. A kind of Escherichia coli was isolated from light handle
6. The results of this study were suggested that because cause germs of infection within hospital, Staphylococi were mostly distributed in 14 sections of dental chair & unit, a disinfection of the environment of a practical room for scaling
before practice was needed perfectly.
